Abdel Meguid Latif

Lotfi Adib, also known as Abd al-Majid 'Abd al-Rahman Khulusi al-Bayati, is an Iraqi writer and thinker born on June 30, 1905, in Khanaqin. He spent his childhood and primary education there before moving to Baghdad to attend the Industrial Preparatory School, from which he graduated in 1932. In 1936, he moved to Baghdad again and worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance. His older brother was Abdul Aziz Khulusi, and one of his nephews is Dr. Safa Khulusi.
