Kohter Mahmoud Abd Al-Rasoul (July 13, 1926 - November 4, 2002) was an Egyptian geographer who focused on the study of Nubia and African civilizations, particularly the East African region. She collaborated with her husband, Dr. Mohamed Riyad, in writing the books "A Journey Through Nubian Times," "Africa," and "Economic Geography and Biogeography."
