Abu al-Ala'a
In a comprehensive intellectual journey, Abbas Mahmoud al-Aqqad revives the wisdom of Abu Al-Ala Al-Ma'ari, addressing him from the world of eternity to respond to his government's invitation to establish a mausoleum for him. This leads to a fictional dialogue between the sage and the government, after which he sends him on a global tour to witness the conditions of the modern age.
