Sutur turns Arabic books into illustrated manga pages. If something does not work, or you have a question, write to us. A person reads every message.
Write to us
[email protected]. We usually reply within two working days. Tell us the book, your device and what you saw.
I cannot sign in
Use the email you signed up with. If you forgot the password, choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and we will mail you a link.
You can also sign in with a passkey or with Google, if you used them before.
A page does not load or looks wrong
Check your connection and reopen the book. If a picture is missing or a face looks wrong, tell us the book and the page number and we will fix and republish it.
Downloads and reading offline
Open a book and choose download. Downloaded books are listed under Downloads in the app.
Delete my account and data
Open Me, then Settings, and choose delete account. It removes your account and your reading data. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email on the account and we will do it.
Report a mistake or a rights concern
Art mistakes, wrong text, or a concern about a book or its licence: write to us with the book name. See the licence page for how each book is licensed.
